What we collect. The details you give us when you book or write to us: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, the booking (what, when, how many) and any notes. We also record how you found the site (for example, a link from Instagram or a bike shop), so we know which channels work.

What we use it for. To manage your booking: confirming availability, taking payment, organizing the trip and contacting you about it. If you sign up for updates, to send them; you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments. Payments are processed by Wompi (Bancolombia group). We never see or store your card details.

Who sees it. The Regiones Bike team (Paola and her guides) and Henry P, who handles trip planning for riders coming from abroad. Booking records are kept in Google Workspace, and payment records in Wompi. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

Your rights. Under Colombian law (Ley 1581 de 2012) you can ask to know, update, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within the legal deadlines.

How long we keep it. As long as needed to deliver the booking and meet accounting and tax obligations.
